Hironao Kaneko PhD in law (Hitotshubashi University) is an associate professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology, Graduate School of Decision Science and Technology. He teaches civil procedure, bankruptcy law and technology law. He is the co-author of several books, includingJyoho-Network-no-Houritujitsum(Legal Practices on Informational Network) (Daiichi-Hoki 1999 and 2001).
