Abstract


Conference paper by Justice J. E. (Ted Scanlan), Justice of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia and Deputy Judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice. Justice Scanlan helped to found, and is a member of the editorial board of Sedona Canada, which develops guidelines to deal with electronically stored information in litigation. He is also a frequent presenter with the National Judicial Institute of Canada and co-chairs the International Faculty Development program to train Canadian judges.
