Abstract
Miha Šepec illustrates, within the context of Slovenian criminal law, the need for law enforcement agencies to take care when investigating evidence of a Trojan horse when it is raised as a defence. by carefully considering traditional forms of evidence that might go to prove or disprove the assertion, such as physical evidence, witnesses, motive, and the computer knowledge of the accused.
