"I am very grateful to the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts and the DIFC Academy of Law for the both the pleasure and the privilege of delivering this lecture in the Dubai International Financial Centre. It provides a timely opportunity to canvass some proposals as to the way in which Commercial Courts can best meet the needs of the digital revolution in our Global Village and strengthen the rule of law."
