Speech by Lord Justice Jackson: Concurrent Expert Evidence



In this lecture I shall concentrate on one particular Australian invention, which we are now copying in England and Wales. That is concurrent expert evidence. I shall not use the popular colloquial term "�hot tubbing', having been warned off such vernacular that by an Australian judge. To be on the safe side, I will use the abbreviation "CEE" for concurrent expert evidence.
