Lord Chief Justice - Legal Wales Conference closing keynote speech



It has been too long since we have met in person for a Legal Wales Conference. COVID-19 is not behind us but as life returns to something that looks like normal it is a great pleasure to be back in Cardiff and to join at least some of you in person.
