1. The title of this Order is the Public Transport Users' Committee for Wales (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2009. It comes into force on 25 November 2009 and applies in relation to Wales.
2.–(1) The Public Transport Users' Committee for Wales (Establishment) Order 2009(3) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In the Welsh text, in article 7(1)(ch), there is substituted the word "gweithdrefn" for the word "gweithdrefnau."
(3) In the Welsh text, in article 8(1) there is substituted the word "weithdrefn" for the word "weithdrefnau."

This Order amends the Public Transport Users' Committee for Wales (Establishment) Order 2009.
Specifically this Order amends articles 7(1)(ch) and 8(1) in respect of the Welsh text only, replacing the word "gweithdrefnau" (meaning "procedures") with the word "gweithdrefn" (meaning "procedure").
The functions of the National Assembly for Wales were transferred to the Welsh Ministers by virtue of paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32). Back [2]
