The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 21(1) of the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010(1), make the following Order:
1.-(1) The title of this Order is the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010 (Commencement) Order 2011.
(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
(3) In this Order-
"the Measure" ("y Mesur") means the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010.
2. Section 3 of the Measure comes into force on 4 March 2011.

This Order brings into force, on 4 March 2011, section 3 of the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010 ("the Measure").
The remaining provisions of the Measure came into force on 15 February 2011 by virtue of section 21(2) of the Measure.
