The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers contained in section 21(1), (2) and (5) of the Human Transplantation (Wales) Act 2013(1).
1.-(1) The title of this Order is the Human Transplantation (Wales) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2015.
(2) In this Order, "the Act" ("y Ddeddf") means the Human Transplantation (Wales) Act 2013.
2. The appointed day for the following provisions of the Act coming in to force is 12 September 2015-
(a)sections 7 to 9 for the purpose of making regulations;
(b)section 15, except for paragraph (e) of subsection (4); and
(c)section 20.
3. The appointed day for the following provisions of the Act coming in to force is 1 December 2015-
(a)sections 3 to 6;
(b)sections 7 to 9 (in so far as they are not in force);
(c)sections 10 to 13;
(d)section 14, except for paragraph (b) of subsection (3); and
(e)sections 16 to 19.

This Order made by the Welsh Ministers brings into force the provisions of the Human Transplantation (Wales) Act 2013 ("the Act").
Article 2 brings certain provisions of the Act into force on 12 September 2015 for the purposes of making regulations.
Article 3 brings all other provisions of the Act into force on 1 December 2015 except for -
(a)subsection 14(3)(b) (which requires the consent of the coroner in certain circumstances before acting on authority under section 13 to preserve a part of a body for transplantation);
(b)subsection 15(4)(e); and
(c)sections 1, 2, 21 and 22, which came into force on 10 September 2013, when the Act received Royal Assent.
