These Regulations, which apply in relation to Wales, amend Part 2 of Schedule 2 (surface waters in Wales) to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 ("the Regulations"), which lists the waters identified by the Welsh Ministers as bathing waters in Wales.
Regulation 2 of these Regulations adds Traeth Glan Don Beach to the list of identified bathing waters in the Regulations.
The Welsh Ministers' Code of Practice on the carrying out of Regulatory Impact Assessments was considered in relation to these Regulations. As a result, no impact assessment has been produced for these Regulations as there is no change to policy, or impact on business or the voluntary sectors foreseen.
