AN ACT TO AMEND SUB-SECTION (3) OF SECTION 12 of THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1927 . |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— |
||
| Amendment of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 . |
1.— Section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 (No. 3 of 1927), is hereby amended by the substitution of the figures 1933 "for the figures" 1930 " at the end of sub-section (3) of that section and the said section shall be construed and have effect accordingly. |

| Short title and citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Local Government (Amendment) Act, 1930 . |
|
|
(2) This Act and the Local Government Acts, 1925 and 1927, may be cited together as the Local Government Acts, 1925 to 1930. |
