AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7 OF THE TRADE UNION ACT, 1871, BY DELETING THEREFROM CERTAIN WORDS NOW CONTAINED THEREIN. |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— |

| Amendment of section 7 of the Trade Union Act, 1871. |
1.—Section 7 of the Trade Union Act, 1871, shall be construed and have effect as if the words "not exceeding one acre" now contained therein were deleted therefrom. |

| Short title and Citation. |
2.—This Act may be cited as the Trade Union Act, 1935 , and the Trade Union Acts, 1871 to 1917, and this Act may be cited together as the Trade Union Acts, 1871 to 1935. |
