ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS

1 Amendment of section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925.

2 Short title and collective citation.

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 13 of THE FISHERIES ACT, 1925 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:—

1.— Section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), as amended by section 1 of the Fisheries Act, 1935 (No. 34 of 1935), is hereby amended in the following respects and shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:—

( a ) by the insertion in sub-section (6) of the said section 13 of the word "twenty-three" in lieu of the word "eleven" now contained therein;

( b ) by the insertion in sub-section (7) of the said section 13 of the word "twenty-four" in lieu of the word "twelve" now contained therein; and

( c ) by the insertion in sub-section (9) of the said section 13 of the word "twenty-three" in lieu of the word "eleven" now contained therein.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Fisheries Act, 1937 .

(2) For the purposes of collective citation the expression "the Fisheries Acts, 1842 to 1937" shall include this Act.
