BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

| Amendment of subsection (1) of section 36 of the Agriculture Act, 1931 . |
1.—Sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Agriculture Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931), is hereby amended by the deletion of the words "one penny" and the substitution therefor of the words "two pence". |

| Short title and collective citation. |
2.—This Act may be cited as the Agriculture (Amendment) Act, 1941 , and the Agriculture Acts, 1931 and 1934, and this Act may be cited together as the Agriculture Acts, 1931 to 1941. |
