BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

| Continuance of Exchange Control Act, 1954 . |
1.—The following subsection is hereby substituted f or subsection (2) of section 2 of the Exchange Control Act, 1954 : |
|
|
"(2) This Act shall continue in operation until the 31st day of December, 1962, and shall then expire." |

| Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Exchange Control (Continuance) Act, 1958 . |
|
|
(2) The Exchange Control Act, 1954 , and this Act may be cited together as the Exchange Control Acts, 1954 and 1958. |
