AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES (MOTOR SPIRIT AND MOTOR VEHICLE LUBRICATING OIL) ORDER, 1961, AND THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES (MOTOR SPIRIT AND MOTOR VEHICLE LUBRICATING OIL) ORDER, 1961 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1962, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE UNDER SECTION 9 of THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT, 1953 .

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:—

1.—The Restrictive Trade Practices (Motor Spirit and Motor Vehicle Lubricating Oil) Order, 1961, and the Restrictive Trade Practices (Motor Spirit and Motor Vehicle Lubricating Oil) Order, 1961 (Amendment) Order, 1962, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 9 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1953 , are hereby confirmed. ¹

2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Trade Practices (Confirmation of Orders) Act, 1962 .
