BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

| Confirmation of order. |
1.—The Restrictive Trade Practices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 9 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1953 , is hereby confirmed. |

| Short title. |
2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Trade Practices (Confirmation of Order) Act, 1966 . |
