BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

| Repeal of section 2 (1) ( a ) of Agriculture (Amendment) Act, 1964 . |
1.—Section 2 (1) ( a ) of the Agriculture (Amendment) Act, 1964 , is hereby repealed. |

| Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Agriculture (Amendment) Act, 1967 . |
|
|
(2) The Agriculture Acts, 1931 to 1964, and this Act may be cited together as the Agriculture Acts, 1931 to 1967. |
