		AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 10 of THE GAMING AND LOTTERIES ACT, 1956 .
		[26th May, 1970.]
		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
	Repeal of section 10 of Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956 .	1.— Section 10 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956 , is hereby repealed.
	Short title and collective citation.	2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1970 .
		(2) The Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956 , and this Act may be cited together as the Gaming and Lotteries Acts, 1956 and 1970.
