1 Repeal of section 27 (3) of Court Officers, 1926.

2 Short title.

AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 27 (3) OF THE COURT OFFICERS ACT, 1926 .

[3rd May, 1972]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
Repeal of section 27 (3) of Court Officers, 1926.

1.— Section 27 (3) of the Court Officers Act, 1926 , is hereby repealed.
Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Court Officers Act, 1972 .
