BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |

| Confirmation of Orders. |
1.—The Restrictive Practices (Groceries) Order, 1973, and the Restrictive Practices (Groceries) (Amendment) Order, 1973, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 8 of the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972 , are hereby confirmed. |

| Short title. |
2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Orders) Act, 1974 . |
