| Confirmation of Order. |
1.—The Restrictive Practices (Motor Spirit) (No. 2) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 376 of 1980 ), made by the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism under section 8 of the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972 , is hereby confirmed. |

2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Order) (No. 2) Act, 1980 . |
