BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |

| Confirmation of Order. |
1.—The Restrictive Practices (Groceries) Order, 1987, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 8 of the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972 , is hereby confirmed. |

| Short title. |
2.—This Act maybe cited as the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation 10 of Order) Act, 1987. |
