NÍTRIGIN ÉREANN TEORANTA ACT, 1993

AN ACT TO AMEND THE NÍTRIGIN ÉIREANN TEORANTA ACTS, 1963 to 1987.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

1.—In this Act—

"the Act of 1981" means the Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Act, 1981;

"The Principal Act" means the Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Act, 1963.

2.—The Principal Act is hereby amended—

( a ) in section 2 (inserted by section 3 of the Act of 1981), by the substitution of "£100, 000, 000" for "£77, 500, 000", and

( b ) in section 7, by the substitution in subsection (2) of "£200, 000, 000" for "£180,000,000" (inserted by the Nitrigin Éoreann Teoranta Act, 1987).

3.—Section 2 of the Act of 1981 is hereby amended by—

( a ) the substitution of "£100, 000, 000" for "£77, 500, 000", and

( b ) the substitution of "100, 000, 000" for "77, 500, 000".

4.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta Act, 1993 .

(2) The Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Acts, 1963 to 1987, and this Act may be cited together as the Nítrigin Éireann Teoranta Acts, 1963 to 1993.
