MINISTER FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AGENCY) ORDER, 1955 (REVOCATION OF NOMINATION) ORDER, 1955.

MINISTER FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AGENCY) ORDER, 1955 (REVOCATION OF NOMINATION) ORDER, 1955.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (2) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Local Government (Agency) Order, 1955 (Revocation of Nomination) Order, 1955.

2. The nomination (made by the Minister for Local Government (Agency) Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 238 of 1955 ), ) of Liam Cosgrave, Minister for External Affairs, to execute the office of Minister for Local Government is hereby revoked.

GIVEN under the official seal of the Government, this 29th day of November, 1956.
