JUSTICE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1995.

JUSTICE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1995.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Justice and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Justice (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order, 1995.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Justice conferred on her by or under the Acts specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to JOAN BURTON, Minister of State at the Department of Justice.

SCHEDULE.

Charities Acts, 1961 and 1973.

Street and House to House Collections Act, 1962 (No. 13 of 1962).

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 20th day of January, 1995.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
