URBAN RENEWAL ACT, 1986 (DESIGNATED AREAS) (DUBLIN) ORDER, 1994 (RECTIFICATION OF AREA) ORDER, 1997.

URBAN RENEWAL ACT, 1986 (DESIGNATED AREAS) (DUBLIN) ORDER, 1994 (RECTIFICATION OF AREA) ORDER, 1997.

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6 (2) of the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (No. 19 of 1986), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (Designated Areas) (Dublin) Order, 1994 (Rectification of Area) Order, 1997.

2. The Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (Designated Areas) (Dublin) Order, 1994 ( S.I. No. 407 of 1994 ) is hereby amended by the addition to Part II of the Schedule thereto of the description in the Schedule to this Order.

SCHEDULE

Iveagh Market Area

"That part of the county borough of Dublin bounded by a line commencing at the point (hereafter in this description referred to as the first-mentioned point) where Lamb Alley is joined by the unnamed lane to the north-west of Iveagh Market, then continuing in a south-westerly direction along the said lane to the point where it joins Francis Street, then continuing in a north-westerly direction along Francis Street to the point where it is intersected by the south-westerly projection of the south-eastern boundary of the pub/restaurant premises known as Ralph le Porter, then continuing initially in a north-easterly direction along the last-mentioned projection and boundary and the north-eastern boundary of the said pub/restaurant premises to the point where it joins the south-eastern boundary of the property known as Bertram Court, then continuing initially in a north-westerly direction along the last-mentioned boundary to the point where it joins the north-eastern boundary of the said Bertram Court property, then continuing along the north-eastern projection of the south-eastern boundary of the said Bertram Court property to the point where it intersects Lamb Alley, then continuing in a south-easterly direction along Lamb Alley to the first-mentioned point.".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
