Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001 |

I, Mary Harney, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 13 (3) of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act, 2001 (No.11 of 2001) , hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001. |
||||||
|
2. The 31st day of May, 2001 is hereby appointed as the day on which the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act, 2001 (No.11 of 2001) shall come into operation. |
