Criminal Justice Act 1994 (Section 46 (1)) Order 2002

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 46 (1) of No. 15 of 1994 ), order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (Section 46 (1)) Order 2002.

2.         Each of the countries listed in the Schedule to this Order is designated for the purposes of section 46(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 .
