HARBOURS ACTS, 1996 AND 2000 (COMPANIES) (VESTING DAY) (NO. 4) ORDER, 2002 |

I, Frank Fahey, Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7(2) of the Harbours Act, 1996 (No. 11 of 1996) , which said Act was amended by the S.I. No. 301 of 1997 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Acts, 1996 and 2000 (Companies) (Vesting Day) (No. 4) Order, 2002. 2. The 10th day of May, 2002, is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for the purposes of the Harbours Acts, 1996 and 2000, in relation to Wicklow Port Company. |
