The Government, on the request of the Minister for the Environment and Local Government and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997) , hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as Appointment of Special Adviser (Department of the Environment and Local Government) Order, 2002 2. Mr Pat Daly of the Department of the Environment and Local Government is appointed to be Special Adviser to the Minister for the Environment and Local Government with effect from 6 June 2002. |
