WHEREAS the Minister for Social and Family Affairs has made a request to the Government under section 11(1) of No. 27 of 1997 ): |

NOW, the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 , hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Social and Family Affairs) Order 2002. 2. Mr. Mel Cousins of 43 Dufferin Avenue Dublin 8, is hereby appointed to be a Special Adviser |
