The Government, on request of the Minister for Agriculture and Food and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of No. 27 of 1997 ) hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Agriculture and Food) Order, 2002 2. Danny Carroll, of 20 Whitethorn Close, Artane, Dublin 5 is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Agriculture and Food with effect from 10 July, 2002. |
