Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Agriculture and Food) Order 2002

The Government, on request of the Minister for Agriculture and Food and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of No. 27 of 1997 ) hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Agriculture and Food) Order, 2002

2.         Danny Carroll, of 20 Whitethorn Close, Artane, Dublin 5 is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Agriculture and Food with effect from 10 July, 2002.

  19      September,           2002.
