European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Cereals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002

1.   (1)  These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Cereals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002.

(2)    These Regulations shall come into operation in respect of Lindane, Quintozene and Permethrin on 1 December 2002, in respect of Bentazone, Pyridate and Metsulfuron-methyl, Oxydemeton-methyl, Dimethoate and Formothion on 1 January 2003, in respect of Parathion on 1 May 2003 and in respect of abamectin, azocyclotin and cyhexatin, bifenthrin, bitertanol, bromopropylate, clofentezine, cyromazine, fenpropimorph, flucytrinate, hexaconazole, methacrifos, myclobutanil, pencanzole, prochloraz, profenofos, resmethrin, tridemorph and triadimefon and triadimenol on 1 August 2003.

2.         Part A of Annex II of the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Cereals) Regulations, 1999 ( S.I. No. 181 of 1999 ) is amended by the addition of the following entries to:
