EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF PROGRAMMES IN HEALTH SERVICES STUDIES (CHANGE OF TITLE) ORDER, 2002

The Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 3(6) of the International Health Bodies (Corporate Status) Act, 1971 , and following consultation with the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and with the approval of both Houses of the Oireachtas pursuant to Section 9(1) of the said Act, hereby amends the title of the European Association of Programmes in Health Services Studies, established by the European Association of Programmes in Health Services Studies (Corporate Status) Order, 1982, S.I. No. 164 of 1982 , to the European Health Management Association.
