Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2003

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of No. 28 of 1977 ), hereby order as follows:

1.        This Order may be cited as the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2003.

2.        The powers and duties of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment conferred on her -

(a)       by or under the enactments specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order, and

(b)       under the instruments specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order,

are delegated to Michael Ahern, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
