I, Michael McDowell, Minister for Justice. Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 32 (10)(a) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 ( No. 15 of 1994 (as adapted by the Justice (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister Order) 1997 (S.I. 298 of 1997))), following consultation with the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (Section 32 (10)(a)) Regulations 2003. 2. These Regulations come into operation on 16 June 2003. 3. Electronic money institutions within the meaning of the European Communities (Electronic Money) Regulations 2002 ( section 32 of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 ( No. 15 of 1994 ). |

This Regulation designates electronic money institutions within the meaning of the European Communities (Electronic Money) Regulations 2002 ( S.I. No. 221 Of 2002 ) as designated bodies under section 32(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 . |
