ELECTORAL ACT, 1997

Constituency Commission (Establishment) Order, 2003

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 5(1) of the Electoral Act, 1997 (No. 25 of 1997) , hereby orders as follows:

1.       This order may be cited as the Constituency Commission (Establishment) Order, 2003.

2.       A Constituency Commission is hereby established to undertake the functions assigned to it by Part II of the Electoral Act, 1997 .
