1.   (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticde Residues) (Cereals) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2003.

(2) These Regulations come into operation in respect of fentin hydroxide, fentin acetate and chlorfenapyr on 1 July 2004.

2.   The European Communities (Pesticide Residues)(Cereals) Regulations 1999 ( S.I. No. 181 of 1999 ) is amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting for “the Directive”-

These Regulations amend existing Regulations on the fixing of maximum residue levels for pesticides in and on cereals.
