INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 2004 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2004

I, Mary Harney, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 17(4) of the Industrial Relations (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2004 (No. 4 of 2004) and by the Labour (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 1993 ( S.I. No. 18 of 1993 ) (as adapted by the Enterprise and Employment (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 1997 ( S.I. No. 305 of 1997 )), hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2004.

2.         The 6th April 2004 is hereby appointed as the day on which the Industrial Relations (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2004 (No. 4 of 2004) comes into operation.
