I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 52 of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 ( No. 46 of 2003 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 (Establishment Day) Order 2004. 2. The 13th day of April 2004 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 (No. 46 of 2003). |
