GARDA SÍOCHÁNA (POLICE CO-OPERATION) ACT 2003 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2004

I, MICHAEL MCDOWELL, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9(5) of the Garda Síochána (Police Co-operation) Act 2003 (No. 19 of 2003), order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Garda Síochána (Police Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. The 1st day of May 2004 is appointed as the day on which the Garda Síochána (Police Co-operation) Act 2003 shall come into operation.
