OIREACHTAS (MINISTERIAL AND PARLIAMENTARY OFFICES) (SECRETARIAL FACILITIES) (No. 2) REGULATIONS 2004.

The Houses of the Oireachtas Commission, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 10(4) of section 1 of the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Amendment) Act 2001 and transferred by section 4(3) (a) of the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission Act 2003 ), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities) (No. 2) Regulations 2004.

2.  Regulation 6 of the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities) Regulations 2004 is hereby amended by the substitution of “€5,079” for “€4,079”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.)

These Regulations amend the Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Secretarial Facilities) Regulations 2004 by increasing the annual printing budget for a parliamentary party entitled to same pursuant to Regulation 6 of those Regulations.
