APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER OF STATE AT THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS) ORDER 2004.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Foreign Affairs, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs) Order 2004,

2. Mr. Philip Hannon, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs, 76/78 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, on 14 October, 2004, is appointed as Special Adviser to Mr. Noel Treacy, T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs, with effect from 14 October, 2004.
