HEALTH AND CHILDREN (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 2004.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2004.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Health and Children conferred on that Minister of the Government by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order are delegated to Brian Lenihan, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children.
