PUBLIC SERVICE MANAGEMENT (RECRUITMENT AND APPOINTMENTS) ACT 2004 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER 2004.

I, BRIAN COWEN, T.D., Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Public Service Management (Recruitment and Appointments) Act 2004 ( No. 33 of 2004 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Managment (Recruitment and Appointments) Act 2004 (Establishment Day) Order 2004.

2. The 19th day of October, 2004, is hereby appointed as the establishment day under the Public Service Management (Recruitment and Appointments) Act 2004 (No. 33 of 2004) for the Commission for Public Service Appointments and for the Public Appointments Service.
