The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 46(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (Section 46(1)) Order 2005.

2. Each of the countries specified in the Schedule to this Order is designated for the purposes of section 46 of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 ( No. 15 of 1994 ).
