ELECTRIC LIGHTING ACT 1909 - SECT 25

Definitions.

25. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,

The expression "Provisional Order" means a Provisional Order under the
Electric Lighting Acts:

The expression "authorised" means authorised by Act of Parliament or
Provisional Order:

The expression "undertakers" means any ... person, authorised to supply
electricity ...:

The expression "generating station" includes any station for generating,
transforming, converting, or distributing electricity:
