[19th July 1972] [{3}#650 million] or such greater sum not exceeding [{3}#750
million] as may be specified in an order made by the Ministry. B>(2) Paragraph
(1) shall not prevent the Service from borrowing in excess of the sum
mentioned in that paragraph for the purpose of C >>( a ) redeeming any stock
which it is required or entitled to redeem; or C >>( b ) repaying any sums
borrowed by it. B>(3) An order under paragraph (1) shall be made with the
approval of the Ministry of Finance and shall be subject to affirmative
resolution of the Commons. B Issue of stock ]
