JUDICIAL COMMITTEE ACT 1881 - SECT 1

Lords Justices of Appeal to be members of Judicial Committee.

1. Every person holding or who has held in England the office of a Lord
Justice of Appeal shall, if a member of Her Majesty's Privy Council in
England, be a member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
